Large prawns poached with a touch of dry vermouth, served with traditional cocktail sauce and baby greens.   $10.00

Smoked Salmon
B.C. smoked salmon on a bed of greens topped with crème fraîche, caviar and finished with balsamic reduction.     $10.00

Burgundy escargot, baked in a lemon caper butter.   $8.50

Pan fried blue crab cakes served on fennel salad and finished with  garlic aioli.   $11.00

Jumbo prawns and scallops sautéed with lemon caper butter and flamed with Sambuca, finished with fresh herbs.   $19.00

100z center cut Alberta beef, grilled to your specification and topped with your choice of herb butter or brandy peppercorn sauce. $27.00

Prime Rib
80z of slow roasted  prime rib, served with wild  mushroom jus.   $28.00

Venison Medallion
Pan seared grain fed venison, served with a tawny  port and cranberry demi-glace.   $26.00

Cedar Plank Salmon
Fresh Atlantic Salmon, baked on a cedar shake, finished with apple and Jack Daniel’s sauce.  $22.00


Pacific Halibut
Filet of halibut baked and served with a citrus
relish, finished with port reduction.   $27.00

Baby Back Ribs
Pork back ribs, slow cooked and basted with our own BBQ sauce.  Full $28.00, Half $22.00

Jerk marinated Frenched pork chop grilled and served with pineapple salsa.  $25.00

Corn fed chicken breast stuffed with spinach and feta cheese and topped with our fresh tomato Pomodoro sauce.  $22.00
