DESCRIPTION

Scheduling and Payroll

Ordering, Deliveries, and Inventory

Maintain Menu, website, Facebook account and Google

Functions, Gift Cards, Due backs, and Room Amenity orders

Respond to emails, voicemails, Facebook messages and Online Reviews

Marketing

Front Desk Agent

Tasks

  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Process group arrivals and departures
  • Take, cancel and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
  • Assist guests with special requests
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

 

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service focused
  • Able to multi-task
  • Front desk experience is an asset
  • Second language is an asset

 

  • Full time, 40hrs/week, year-round
  • Starting wage $15.50-16.50/hr
